I am a Research Scholar now, in Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute. I work mainly on the fields of Computational Chemistry with different organic, inorganic and biological systems and effect of solvation on such systems. I want to go to the deep of any problem and bring out the essence of that work.

As a Junior Research Scholar, I joined the group of Dr. Bishwajit Ganguly, on august 2008 and started working on molecular modelling in different projects. I always try to go to deep to the problem and extract its essence, and thus got a handful of good publications. AT 2010, august I became a senior Research Fellow.

After class 12, I took Chemistry Honours in my graduation and joined Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission under Calcutta University. I enjoyed the Hostel Life for the first time there. Still I have contacts to all my friends from different subjects.

After completing my BSc, from the RKMR college from Calcutta University, I joined MSc in the University of Delhi. A new place, a bunch of new friends and the first life of Delhi was fascinating. I enjoyed my two years there, by studying, hanging with friends and travel. At the end I got the CSIR-UGC Net and was eligible to do PhD with my own fellowship:- My Dream came true

I started my educational life in Nawab Bahadur's Institution (NBI) from class 6. After coming from a English Medium School, I faced a lot of problems in writing all the subjects in bengali, But I managed successfully and went on to become 3rd in Secondary result and 1st in Higher Secondary from our school. I also stood 5th in our district- in the Higher Secondary, and received many prizes.
